Salon policies

1) You must be over 16 to book a treatment with us 

2) The salon is a child-free space. Whilst we love to meet your little ones, we need to consider all of our clients when it comes to offering a relaxing service. 

3) Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service cost. Amendments can be made online outside of the cancellation window

4) All no-shows will be charged the full service cost

5) You will not be able to book another service with us until you have paid all outstanding charges

6) We book out time accordingly, please make sure that you have selected the correct service as this is what you will be charged for. For example, if you book Gold Nail Art and decide to have Bronze Nail Art, you'll be charged on the day for Gold.
